• Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors may cause delays, but Evergleam cannot be held responsible for them.
• PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO boxes.

How to Return Your Item

• You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund or an exchange.
• To start your return, email us at 927697153@qq.com with your order details.
• Please send your return to:

For other regions, choose a logistics company that is suitable for you and can still be tracked after arriving in Hong Kong

What’s Eligible for a Return

• Items must be in their original, unused condition, along with the original packaging and documents.
• Customized or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, cannot be returned or exchanged as these are made especially for you.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and may take 1-2 business days to process.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you don’t see your refund after a few days, here’s what to do:

1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

• If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to replace it with the same item.
• Email us at 927697153@qq.com to initiate the process, and we’ll provide you with the return address.

Processing Time

• Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it within 10 business days to ensure it meets our return guidelines.
• Refunds or exchanges will then be processed promptly.
