If it is 10K 14K 18K gold, we recommed to uses Lab gemstones and Lab diamonds. If it is 925 silver, it uses moissanite and moissanite colored stone or zirconium oxide, and 925 silver plated with 18K gold can maintain its brightness for about half a year, depending on how you wear and maintain it. 925 silver plated with 18K gold is basically spot goods and is not a customized product.

The color and cut of the main stone can be customized, as can the number of side stones.

Most of our 10K and 14K jewelry pieces are carefully handmade, while 925 silver with 18K plate gold are usually in stock and ready to ship. Please note that 925 silver items cannot be customized due to their lower price point, and are only available as in-stock options.

For 10K, 14K, and 18K custom pieces, we typically need about one to two weeks to create your unique design before it’s ready to ship. Since custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, they may occasionally take longer depending on the complexity of the design or gemstone availability. However, we promise to keep you updated every step of the way so you’ll always know the status of your order.

925 silver plated with K gold is generally spot, not a custom order, we need 3-4 days to process the order, including preparing goods and packaging. Especially for custom orders, we will send you an email report on each step of the progress.
